- • As an Instructional Designer at Tebra Inc., you will be instrumental in shaping the learning experiences for our diverse user base, transforming complex information into accessible and engaging educational content. Your primary mission will be to empower end-users by advancing their skills and driving successful outcomes through expertly crafted learning materials.
- • You will be responsible for the end-to-end development of learning solutions, from initial concept and needs analysis through to final implementation. This involves creating a variety of learning activities and compelling course content, utilizing a range of multimedia channels including audio, video, simulations, role-plays, and interactive games.
- • A key aspect of your role will be to apply adult learning methodologies and established instructional design best practices to ensure that all learning materials are effective, engaging, and aligned with user needs and organizational goals.
- • You will conduct thorough needs analyses to identify knowledge gaps and define clear learning objectives. This will involve close collaboration with subject matter experts (SMEs) across various departments to gather insights, validate content, and ensure accuracy and relevance for targeted audiences.
- • Partnering with SMEs, you will perform detailed gap analyses to pinpoint specific training needs and define what successful learning looks like for both the end-user and the organization. This collaborative approach ensures that learning solutions directly address critical business requirements.
- • Your toolkit will include traditional presentation software such as Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides), alongside advanced e-Learning authoring tools like Articulate Rise, Adobe Suite, Camtasia, Artlist, and Animaker. You will leverage these tools to build interactive and dynamic learning courses and activities that cater to different learning styles.
- • You will be tasked with creating complete learning programs, managing them from ideation to successful implementation within strict deadlines. This requires strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- • Daily responsibilities will encompass a wide range of activities, including performing gap analyses, gathering data and insights from cross-functional stakeholders, developing audio scripts, recording and editing audio and screen capture footage, packaging video content, designing exercises and assessments, collecting user feedback and evaluations, and generating reports on learning effectiveness.
- • You will play a crucial role in ensuring that Tebra's learning initiatives contribute to the overall success and well-being of our practice partners and their staff, ultimately supporting Tebra's mission to unlock better healthcare.
