- • As an Instructional Designer at Forward Financing, you will design high-impact learning experiences that support leadership development, onboarding, and performance management across a global, remote-first team.
- • You will create engaging training materials including eLearning modules, video content, facilitator guides, and interactive virtual sessions using tools like Articulate, Camtasia, Canva, and Zoom.
- • You will partner with stakeholders to solve business problems through learning, integrate AI into training workflows, and maintain the LMS to ensure effective knowledge transfer and skill application.

🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience in Instructional Design or Learning & Development
- • Proficiency in Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise 360 for building SCORM-compliant eLearning courses
- • Strong video editing skills using Adobe Premiere, Camtasia, or Canva, including trimming footage, syncing audio, and adding text overlays
- • Experience designing for synchronous learning (Zoom, Teams, WebEx) with ability to create engaging facilitator guides and interactive breakout activities
- • A portfolio demonstrating eLearning work, video samples, and support materials for live training (e.g., facilitator guides, slide decks)
