  • • The Instructor Manager (Securities) supports the growth of Kaplan’s Securities business by managing, training, and engaging a team of instructors to deliver high-quality classroom and online instruction.
  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include directly managing teachers, analyzing performance metrics, providing coaching and professional development, overseeing hiring and onboarding, managing payroll, and serving as the primary point of contact for instructor support.
  • • The role involves collaboration with Classroom Operations, Teacher Recruitment, Product, and Sales teams to ensure excellent student experiences and continuous improvement of instructional offerings.
  • • The person in this role will develop leadership and instructional management expertise, gain deep subject-matter knowledge in securities, and contribute to the evolution of Kaplan’s educational products through feedback and innovation.

🎯 Requirements

  • • College degree in business, finance, insurance, or a related field.
  • • 5+ years of industry experience and training in securities.
  • • Excellent communication skills with proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and online delivery platforms such as Zoom.
