- • As an Insurance Product Leader - Digital Experience Delivery, you will drive the successful delivery of personal lines insurance and AAA products to market, ensuring business outcomes are achieved through innovative digital sales and service experiences across multiple distribution channels including AAA club agency, independent agency, direct, and alternative platforms.
- • Day to day, you will shape product strategy, develop designs for flawless product delivery, assess and implement innovative tools like AI and machine learning, streamline processes, enhance risk assessment methodologies, and deliver robust reporting to monitor performance and ensure transparency across the organization.
- • You will join CSAA Insurance Group, a leading personal lines property and casualty insurer and AAA affiliate, known for its mission-driven culture, commitment to innovation, and focus on human-centered solutions that help members prevent, prepare for, and recover from life’s uncertainties.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in insurance product management, gain hands-on experience with emerging technologies like AI/ML and data analytics, strengthen cross-functional leadership in a matrixed environment, and contribute to strategic initiatives that modernize platforms and elevate the AAA brand through differentiated digital experiences.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- • 8+ years of increasingly responsible product management experience
- • Strong knowledge of personal lines product and project management, customer experience, financial drivers of product profitability/pricing, distribution, rating/underwriting, forms, rules, coverages, the P&C industry, competitors, legislative and DOI regulations, and strategic planning
