- • As an Insurance Sales Representative at Kin Insurance, you will handle inbound inquiries from homeowners seeking insurance solutions, focusing on closing sales rather than prospecting, using company-provided warm leads to build trust and deliver tailored coverage recommendations.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include connecting with customers via phone, email, and text to assess needs, clearly communicating product benefits, meeting or exceeding sales targets, and collaborating with underwriting and customer service teams to ensure a seamless experience from initial contact to policy issuance.

🎯 Requirements
- • At least 6 months of P&C insurance experience in a fast-paced sales environment
- • Active P&C license in your current state of residence
- • Proven track record of closing sales and exceeding targets
- • Proficiency with CRM systems and telephone software, including managing multiple platforms simultaneously
- • Ability to build trust quickly through clear, confident communication
- • Comfort adhering to performance metrics, schedules, and training requirements
