- • As an Insurance Sales Representative at Kin Insurance, you will play a key role in expanding the company’s brokerage presence by consulting with homeowners and building customized insurance policies across multiple A-rated carriers, using company-provided warm leads—no cold calling required.
- • Day to day, you will connect with prospective customers via phone, email, and text to understand their needs, recommend tailored coverage solutions, follow up consistently to move prospects through the sales funnel, and collaborate with underwriting and customer service teams to ensure a seamless experience while maintaining accurate CRM records.

🎯 Requirements
- • 1+ years of insurance sales experience in a fast-paced brokerage environment
- • Active Property & Casualty license
- • Experience selling with multiple carriers across multiple states (home, auto, umbrella, jewelry, etc.)
- • Strong understanding of insurance products and policy processes
- • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- • Experience using CRM platforms and sales tools

- • On-target earnings (OTE) starting at $70,000 with uncapped commission potential and $45,000 base salary
