  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include connecting with prospective customers via phone, email, and text to understand insurance needs, recommending tailored coverage solutions from multiple A-rated carriers, building customized policies using internal quoting tools, and guiding customers through the selection process for homeowners, auto, umbrella, and flood insurance.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 1+ years of insurance sales experience in a fast-paced brokerage environment
  • • Bilingual ability (Spanish preferred)
  • • Active Property & Casualty license
  • • Experience selling with multiple carriers across multiple states (home, auto, umbrella, jewelry, etc.)
  • • Strong understanding of insurance products and policy processes
  • • Experience using CRM platforms and sales tools
