- • As an Integrated Marketing Lead at RevenueCat, you will own and drive the company’s most ambitious marketing initiatives from concept to execution, transforming fragmented efforts into cohesive, high-impact, multi-channel campaigns that resonate with developers and drive measurable business outcomes. This role is critical to shifting RevenueCat from siloed execution to a unified, innovative marketing engine that amplifies brand voice and accelerates pipeline growth.
- • You will lead end-to-end campaign strategy and execution for major brand initiatives—including global hackathons, experimental content formats, customer storytelling, product launches, and unconventional concepts like developer-focused 'reality shows'—ensuring alignment across Content, Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Design teams while maintaining speed, authenticity, and creative boldness.
- • You will partner closely with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Customer Success stakeholders to break down silos, establish lightweight collaboration processes, and ensure campaigns are not only creatively distinctive but also strategically tied to revenue goals and developer community engagement.

- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in B2B SaaS and developer-focused marketing, master the art of cross-functional influence without authority, and become the trusted architect of RevenueCat’s integrated go-to-market strategy—shaping narrative, campaign calendar, and brand perception for the next year and beyond.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience leading complex, multi-channel marketing campaigns in high-growth B2B SaaS or developer-focused environments
- • Proven ability to conceptualize and execute ambitious, unconventional marketing initiatives (e.g., experiential events, viral content, brand stunts) from strategy to measurement
- • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with demonstrated success influencing teams without direct authority (Content, Design, PMM, Sales, CS)
- • Deep understanding of developer audiences and authenticity-driven marketing; ability to reject 'traditional marketing BS' in favor of utility, creativity, and genuine community resonance
- • Comfort operating in ambiguity, taking ownership of loosely defined goals, and turning them into executable plans with speed and experimentation
- • Active user of AI-powered tools to accelerate ideation, content creation, and campaign optimization
