- • Own the full lifecycle of Versago and Bizweaver implementations for SAP Business One customers, translating complex business needs into elegant, scalable integration solutions that unlock measurable ROI within 90 days of go-live.
- • Conduct deep-dive business process workshops with finance, operations, and IT stakeholders to map current-state workflows, identify automation opportunities, and design future-state processes that eliminate manual touchpoints and reduce error rates by up to 40 %.
- • Architect and configure real-time integrations between SAP B1 and external systems—such as Shopify, Magento, Salesforce, HubSpot, 3PLs, and EDI networks—leveraging RESTful APIs, OData, and middleware platforms to ensure data consistency across the entire tech stack.
- • Lead data migration and synchronization strategies, writing advanced SQL queries, stored procedures, and JSON transformations that maintain referential integrity while handling millions of records with sub-second latency.
- • Champion human-centered design principles, creating intuitive web and mobile experiences that empower end-users to approve purchase orders, scan inventory, or capture field service data directly from their smartphones—cutting cycle times and boosting user adoption.

- • Partner with sales and account management to identify expansion opportunities—such as additional modules, custom add-ons, or ongoing optimization retainers—by demonstrating quantifiable business impact and presenting compelling roadmaps that secure multi-year engagements.
- • Continuously monitor product roadmaps, emerging SAP B1 ecosystem tools, and industry trends (e.g., AI-driven forecasting, IoT sensor data ingestion) to recommend innovative enhancements that keep customers ahead of their competition.
- • Contribute to internal Centers of Excellence by documenting best practices, developing reusable integration templates, and mentoring junior consultants—helping the practice scale efficiently while maintaining a 95 % customer satisfaction score.
- • Maintain meticulous project plans in tools like Jira, Monday, or Azure DevOps, balancing scope, budget, and timelines across 3–5 concurrent implementations without compromising quality or client delight.
- • Foster a culture of transparency and trust by providing weekly status updates, risk assessments, and executive dashboards that keep stakeholders informed and aligned from kickoff through hyper-care.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of hands-on ERP, CRM, or eCommerce integration experience with at least one full-cycle SAP Business One implementation or upgrade
- • Proven ability to write complex SQL queries, design RESTful APIs, and manipulate JSON/XML payloads for real-time data exchange
- • Demonstrated success managing multiple client projects simultaneously while meeting scope, budget, and timeline commitments
- • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Computer Science, or related field—or equivalent practical experience
- • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship

- • Long-tenured team environment: half of employees have been with the company for 10+ years, fostering deep expertise and mentorship
- • Industry-leading employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) reflecting genuine employee satisfaction and engagement
- • Dedicated lead consultant model ensures you build lasting, strategic relationships with every customer rather than one-off projects
