- • As an Integration Engineer (Implementations) at Motive, you will serve as the critical bridge between our integration development team and customer environments, ensuring successful deployment and long-term delivery of integration solutions without requiring heavy coding.
- • You will lead the deployment of custom integrations using platforms like Mulesoft, Workato, and Zapier, configure them to customer specifications, act as the primary technical point of contact during implementation, and resolve configuration-level issues to ensure seamless functionality and on-time delivery.
- • You’ll collaborate closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to translate business needs into technical solutions, build relationships with senior IT stakeholders at customer organizations, and share best practices across internal teams including marketing, customer success, and R&D.
- • This role offers the opportunity to deepen your expertise in enterprise integration platforms, strengthen client-facing technical consulting skills, and contribute to Motive’s mission of empowering physical operations with safer, more productive, and profitable tools used by nearly 100,000 customers worldwide.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience (3+ years) deploying and configuring enterprise-level integrations
- • Certifications for integration platforms such as Mulesoft, Workato, Zapier, or Boomi (preferred)
- • Understanding of authentication standards including OAuth, SAML, and Single Sign-On (SSO)
- • Strong ability to build productive client relationships and communicate technical concepts clearly via phone and email
- • Experience working within an Agile SCRUM environment to manage work prioritization and deadlines
