đź“‹ Description
- • As an Integration Lead at Sardine Inc., you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful onboarding of clients to Sardine’s industry-leading fraud prevention and AML compliance platform, directly contributing to the security and trust of over 300 global financial institutions, retailers, and fintechs that rely on our technology to stop identity fraud, payment fraud, account takeovers, and social engineering scams.
- • You will lead and develop a high-performing integration team focused on delivering seamless client onboarding experiences, translating complex technical requirements into scalable, practical solutions while serving as the critical bridge between clients and internal engineering, product, and support teams.
- • Day to day, you will work closely with clients to provide end-to-end support during their onboarding process, including analyzing their technical and functional requirements, designing tailored integration solutions using Sardine’s APIs, SDKs, and documentation, and ensuring alignment with their business goals and success criteria.
- • You will own and maintain APIs, SDK documentation, integration guides, and support materials, continuously improving them based on real-world implementation feedback to enhance clarity, usability, and adoption across diverse client environments.
- • You will manage end-to-end implementation projects, monitoring timelines, mitigating risks, ensuring quality deliverables, and driving cross-functional collaboration to keep initiatives on schedule and within scope.
- • You will build deep expertise in Sardine’s fraud and compliance technology stack—leveraging device intelligence, behavior biometrics, machine learning, and AI—to become a trusted advisor who can anticipate client needs and recommend optimal configurations.
- • You will act as the voice of the customer internally, providing actionable product feedback to engineering and product teams based on field observations, helping shape future product roadmaps and improvements.
- • Sardine operates as a remote-first company with hubs in the Bay Area, NYC, Austin, Toronto, and São Paulo, fostering a culture of extreme ownership, high growth orientation, and performance-based evaluation—where flexibility and autonomy are prioritized over rigid schedules, enabling you to work from anywhere while contributing meaningfully to a mission-driven team.
- • In this role, you will develop advanced technical and strategic skills in enterprise SaaS integration, client solution architecture, and cross-functional leadership, positioning yourself as a subject matter expert in fraud and compliance technology while gaining exposure to cutting-edge AI/ML applications in financial security.
- • You will have the opportunity to grow into a leadership role within Sardine’s expanding global delivery organization, influencing both client success and internal product evolution through your hands-on experience and insights.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of hands-on experience as an implementation manager, integrations engineer, technical account manager, solution architect, or systems analyst, working with internal and external technical teams in B2B environments.
- • 3+ years of direct experience in B2B SaaS within the payments, fraud, risk, or compliance domain, demonstrating familiarity with industry-specific challenges and regulatory landscapes.
- • Proficiency with APIs (including OpenAPI specs), JSON payload analysis, basic SQL querying, and scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Golang for building internal tools or automating integration tasks.
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly to both technical stakeholders (e.g., engineers, architects) and non-technical audiences (e.g., executives, compliance officers).
- • Strong organizational and project management abilities, including managing multiple concurrent projects, tracking timelines, identifying risks, and driving deliverables to completion without compromising quality.
🏖️ Benefits
- • Generous compensation package combining competitive cash salary and equity grants, with early exercise options available for all stock options, including pre-vested shares.
- • Fully remote-first work culture with the flexibility to work from anywhere—home, beach, mountain, or café—supported by a distributed team across global hubs in the US, Canada, and beyond.
- • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance coverage for employees and dependents, tailored to US and Canada-specific regulations, plus 4% company matching in 401(k) (US) or RRSP (Canada) retirement plans.
- • Annual stipends for learning and professional development, health and wellness, home office setup (one-time), monthly meals, and monthly social meetups to foster connection and well-being.
- • Provision of a MacBook Pro delivered directly to your door, ensuring you have the tools needed to succeed from day one.
