- • Lead and develop a high-performing Integration Team focused on delivering seamless client onboarding and scalable technical solutions for Sardine’s fraud, risk, and compliance products.
- • Own end-to-end implementation projects for customers, managing timelines, mitigating risks, and driving deliverables to completion across APIs, webhooks, data mapping, and event-driven workflows.
- • Serve as the primary technical bridge between customer environments and Sardine’s platform, ensuring successful deployment and adoption of fraud prevention solutions.
- • Work directly with clients to understand their technical requirements, business problems, and success criteria, then design tailored solutions leveraging Sardine’s AI and machine learning capabilities.
- • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation including APIs, SDKs, integration guides, and support materials to standardize and scale implementation processes.
- • Analyze client technical environments and data structures to map requirements to Sardine’s system capabilities, ensuring accurate and secure data exchange.
- • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across Engineering, Product, and Post-Sales to unblock deployments, resolve production issues, and improve product usability.
- • Provide direct product feedback to internal stakeholders based on frontline customer interactions, acting as the eyes and ears on the ground for product evolution.
- • Deliver technical support throughout the customer onboarding process, ensuring clients are set up for long-term success with minimal friction.
- • Manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills, prioritizing tasks and maintaining quality under tight deadlines.
- • Build deep expertise in Sardine’s platform, including its use of device intelligence, behavior biometrics, and AI-driven fraud detection, to effectively advise clients.
- • Write and execute scripts in languages such as Python, SQL, Bash, Ruby, or Golang to automate internal tools, debug payloads, and streamline integration workflows.
- • Interpret and work with API specifications such as OpenAPI to ensure accurate and compliant integrations across diverse customer systems.
- • Conduct JSON payload analysis to validate data flows, troubleshoot integration errors, and ensure data integrity between customer systems and Sardine’s platform.
- • Maintain a remote-first work model, operating from anywhere in the UK or Europe with full autonomy over schedule and workspace.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of hands-on experience as an implementation manager, integrations engineer, technical account manager, solution architect, or systems analyst working with internal and external technical teams
- • 3+ years of B2B SaaS experience in payment, fraud, risk, or compliance domains
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey complex technical and business concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- • Experience with basic SQL querying and JSON payload analysis
- • Experience with API specifications like OpenAPI, web development, and scripting languages (e.g., Python, SQL, Bash, Ruby, Golang, Postman)
- • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent projects while driving deliverables to completion
