- • Own and grow a portfolio of platform partners, serving as the central point of contact for all engagement stages across integration and strategic co-sell deals.
- • Manage the full partnership lifecycle from initial outreach and qualification through to signed agreements and ongoing collaboration.
- • Develop joint value propositions, go-to-market plans, and co-selling motions with each partner to drive mutual growth.
- • Track partner pipeline and partner-influenced revenue using HubSpot, ensuring clear attribution and reporting on partnership contributions.
- • Coordinate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and engineering teams to align partner needs with Apify’s product roadmap and integration strategy.
- • Build and scale partnership systems including playbooks, onboarding processes, and partner enablement materials to support growth at scale.
- • Audit Apify’s presence across major integration and automation platforms (e.g., Zapier, Make, n8n) to map existing listings, connectors, and templates, identifying gaps for improvement.
- • Define an ideal partner profile and deliver a prioritized target list of platform partners based on strategic value and revenue potential.
- • Kick off at least one pilot or expanded collaboration with a selected partner within the first three months.
- • Present a portfolio roadmap with clear short-term and long-term targets for partner activation, integration launches, and revenue impact.
- • Establish or deepen 2–3 platform partnerships within six months, ensuring at least one new or improved integration or listing is launched.
- • Implement a scalable partner management process including qualification criteria, engagement playbooks, and standardized onboarding and enablement workflows.
- • Launch at least one joint marketing or growth campaign with a key partner, collaborating closely with marketing and sales teams.
- • Prepare case studies and success stories to support future partner recruitment and internal storytelling.
- • Set annual strategic goals for the partnership portfolio, including targets for partners activated, integrations launched, and partner-influenced revenue.
- • Serve as the primary liaison between Apify and external platform partners, ensuring alignment on technical requirements, business objectives, and customer outcomes.
- • Translate partner feedback into actionable product and integration roadmap inputs, bridging the gap between partner needs and engineering priorities.
- • Maintain deep familiarity with Apify’s product suite, including Actors, web data extraction, and AI agent integrations, to articulate value effectively to partners.
- • Stay informed on trends in the AI agent ecosystem, including MCP, LLM tooling, and agentic frameworks, to position Apify as a critical data layer in automation workflows.
- • Ensure all partnership activities are documented, tracked, and reported with precision to support company-wide visibility and decision-making.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years in partnerships, business development, or alliances at a B2B SaaS company
- • A track record of building partnerships that drove measurable revenue, not just signed logos
- • Comfortable discussing API-based integrations with both technical and business audiences, with enough technical insight to evaluate integration value
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- • Ability to manage multiple partnerships simultaneously and prioritize by strategic value
- • Ready to own early-stage partnerships where playbooks are not yet defined, with judgment to build structure as you go
