IntellaQuest Senior Account Manager

📋 Description

• • As a Senior Account Manager at IntellaQuest, you will be the founding member of the Account Management function, responsible for owning the end-to-end customer journey to drive implementation, renewals, retention, and expansion for mission-critical QMS and EHS software used by industrial leaders like Honda, Subaru, Shell, and Magna.
• • Day to day, you will build executive relationships with C-suite and operational stakeholders, partner with Implementation and Support teams to ensure seamless handoffs, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities tied to customer workflows and compliance outcomes, maintain CRM hygiene, forecast accurately, and develop scalable account coverage models and internal processes to support future team growth.
• • IntellaQuest provides integrated Quality Management and EHS software that helps manufacturing organizations eliminate data silos, stay audit-ready, and improve compliance, productivity, and operational excellence through standardized workflows and real-time analytics.
