📋 Description
- • IntellaQuest is seeking its first Senior Revenue Operations Manager to serve as the strategic backbone of the go-to-market (GTM) engine, building RevOps from the ground up to drive predictable revenue growth across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
- • The role involves deploying a new GTM tech stack, partnering with leadership to design and execute GTM strategies for new logo and expansion/upsell, optimizing outbound and inbound sales motions using lead scoring signals, owning end-to-end GTM reporting and forecasting across the revenue bowtie, and documenting, standardizing, and improving processes from lead to customer.
- • Reporting directly to the C-suite, this player-coach role operates autonomously in a 0-to-1 environment, ideal for someone who thrives on ownership and building systems without tech debt overhead, working remotely (US or Canada, Eastern time zone preferred).
- • The candidate will gain deep ownership of the revenue engine, develop expertise in scaling GTM operations in a B2B SaaS context, and lead cross-functional initiatives that directly impact company growth and operational efficiency.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of B2B SaaS experience in Marketing Ops, Sales Ops, or RevOps roles
- • Experience operating across more than two industries, with vertical SaaS experience a plus
- • Proven experience deploying and maintaining GTM tech stacks including MAP (HubSpot), CRM (Salesforce), and Conversational Intelligence (Gong)
