• • As an Intellectual Property Lawyer at Ruby Labs Ltd., you will lead IP and competitive legal strategy across the company's digital product portfolio, using legal frameworks as a strategic instrument to protect assets, monitor the market, and apply lawful pressure to safeguard competitive position.
• • Day to day, you will enforce and defend IP and trademark rights across apps, websites, funnels, creatives, naming, and visual identity; proactively detect and document infringements; lead takedown processes and cease-and-desist actions; develop legal strategies that materially restrict infringing competitors; monitor digital ecosystems for emerging risks; collaborate with product, marketing, and executive teams to embed IP protection early in development; and manage external counsel while maintaining internal strategic ownership.
