📋 Description

• The Integrations Manager at JOOR, Inc. is the central driver for all technical integration projects between the B2B platform and client backend systems (ERP, PLM, WMS), ensuring seamless, accurate, and on-time data synchronization critical to the wholesale process through disciplined project management and exceptional client-facing skills.
• Day to day, the role involves owning the full integration lifecycle—managing scope, timelines, and technical risks; troubleshooting data exchange issues using knowledge of platform database intricacies; serving as the primary client contact for technical and scope-related topics; maintaining documentation; collaborating with third-party vendors; and providing presales consulting to Sales and Customer Success teams on integration requirements.
• JOOR is a Series D start-up founded in 2010, servicing over 14,000 brands and 600,000 buyers across 150 countries, processing $1.7B in monthly wholesale transaction volume. Backed by Macquarie Group, Battery Ventures, Canaan Partners & ITOCHU, the company provides a digital wholesale management platform used by world-renowned brands and retailers, with a global team of 150+ experts across North America, Europe, and APAC.
• In this role, the individual will develop deep expertise in B2B SaaS integrations, strengthen client and vendor relationship management, enhance technical troubleshooting and project leadership skills, and gain visibility into high-impact wholesale technology operations while contributing to market dominance in the fashion tech space.
