- • The Interim Head of FP&A at Beamery Limited is a high-impact, standalone role focused on building and transforming the finance function from the ground up during a 6–12 month engagement, reporting directly to the CFO and partnering with senior leadership to shape financial strategy and operations.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include leading a full audit and transformation of the finance technology stack, owning budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes, producing board and investor reporting packs, driving monthly close commentary and variance analysis, and acting as a trusted finance partner to commercial, sales, and operational teams to embed financial insight into decision-making.
- • Beamery is a leading AI-powered HR technology platform that enables enterprises to make fairer talent decisions by accelerating recruiting, unlocking internal mobility, supporting upskilling, and facilitating agile workforce planning, helping clients hire and redeploy over a million people annually while fostering a culture built on trust, empathy, and honesty.
- • In this role, the individual will define the FP&A function’s mandate and operating rhythm, establish scalable data architecture and governance, leverage AI-powered analytics for deeper financial insight, shape the long-term vision for FP&A team structure, and leave a lasting mark by overhauling legacy systems and embedding modern tools to elevate financial insight across the organisation.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven track record as Head of FP&A or equivalent in a fast-paced environment
- • Expert financial modeller with strong skills in budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis
- • Demonstrated experience owning a finance tech stack transformation and implementing modern AI-powered analytics platforms
- • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with significant post-qualified experience in FP&A
- • Experience producing investor reporting or managing financial communications with institutional investors, lenders, or external third parties
- • Background in B2B SaaS, technology, or high-growth businesses with comfort working autonomously from day one
