📋 Description

• • As an intern for project management, you will work within Acxiom’s Solutions and Analytics organization to assist with implementation of sizable projects and bring high quality to product and solution development projects, engaging in the implementation of marketing solutions and products for customers.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include daily/weekly housekeeping activities, following up with PMs, managing PM and team allocation changes in Workday, checking for overallocation, updating Workday project attributes (hours, end dates, stage), updating OKRs, maintaining program dashboard metrics reports, setting up new projects, supporting PM Summit initiatives, assisting with Level 1-3 PM audits, managing project documentation, coordinating project meetings, providing limited PM backup during absences, tracking timesheet submissions, and following up on action items from program calls and team meetings.
• • You will join Acxiom’s Solutions and Analytics team, supporting project managers in a fast-paced, high-performance culture that values innovation, empowerment, and doing what is right, with a focus on delivering marketing solutions to customers.
• • This internship offers hands-on experience in project management workflows, exposure to enterprise tools like Workday, JIRA, and SharePoint, development of organizational and communication skills, and the opportunity to contribute to real-world project implementation while building foundational PM competencies in a professional setting.
