- • The Internal Wholesaler, Annuity role supports agents and IMO marketers with phone and web-based assistance on annuity product design, competitive positioning, illustration software training, and case development to drive sales objectives.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing high-volume inbound inquiries, initiating outbound sales campaigns, training agents on F&G illustration software and agent website use, troubleshooting system issues, and providing cross-functional support on contracting, commissions, new business, and policyholder matters.
- • The role operates within Fidelity & Guaranty Life Insurance Company’s Annuity Distribution team, reporting to the Director, Internal Sales, Annuity Distribution, and collaborating with internal wholesalers and regional directors to identify and communicate sales opportunities.
- • The position offers opportunities to deepen expertise in annuity products, sales support systems, and insurance industry trends while developing consultative selling, technical training, and cross-organizational collaboration skills in a Top Workplace-recognized environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree preferred
- • 3-5 years of professional experience in customer service, cross-functional collaboration, problem solving, and effective communication in group settings
- • Annuity product sales support experience preferred; life and annuity license preferred
- • Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and contact management applications; Salesforce CRM experience preferred
- • Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills; ability to build internal and external relationships
- • Self-reliant multi-tasking, problem-solving capabilities, and a results-driven, service-oriented mindset
