- • You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting prospects across the aviation, aerospace, and defense sectors through strategic outbound efforts, consultative selling, and value-driven presentations, ensuring alignment with customer needs while promoting both core membership and advertising opportunities on the PartsBase platform and at PBExpo.

- • Showcase Value: Conduct compelling virtual presentations to demonstrate how PartsBase improves procurement efficiency, reduces costs, and drives growth, using data and real-world examples to highlight ROI.
- • Promote Advertising Opportunities: Educate prospects about advertising benefits on the PartsBase platform and at PBExpo, emphasizing brand exposure, lead generation, and measurable return on investment to expand revenue streams beyond core memberships.
- • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with marketing, customer success, and product teams to align sales strategies with business goals, share frontline market insights, and ensure seamless customer handoffs and ongoing satisfaction.
- • Continuously Learn: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, evolving customer feedback, and product developments to refine your sales approach, deepen domain expertise in aviation commerce, and maintain a competitive edge in a dynamic marketplace.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of sales experience preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
- • Fluency in English
- • Proactive outbound hunting skills using tools like ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRMs, or similar
- • Outstanding presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
- • Consultative, problem-solving mindset with strong business acumen
