- • Own the end-to-end process of implementing multi-year joint business plans, ensuring these plans are built upon a deep understanding of each multinational account's decision-making processes, core business objectives, and potential value creation opportunities.
- • Develop and execute comprehensive, forward-thinking business development strategies designed to achieve ambitious growth targets, thereby expanding CHEP's market presence across key territories and industry sectors.
- • Proactively identify, pursue, and secure high-value new business opportunities through strategic prospecting, extensive networking, and robust relationship-building initiatives, ensuring a consistently strong sales pipeline and high conversion rates.
- • Manage and nurture a diverse portfolio of strategic key accounts, taking the lead in complex negotiations, meticulous contract management, and fostering enduring customer relationships to ensure long-term revenue retention and growth.
