📋 Description
- • As International Revenue Director at Lexroom, you will own and drive the full international revenue numbers — new business, expansion, and retention — across all markets outside Italy, starting with Spain and Germany, reporting directly to the Co-founder and Chief Revenues Officer.
- • You will build and lead the international commercial organization from the ground up, including hiring, structuring, and developing Country Launchers, Account Executives, and Customer Success Managers as markets scale, translating the proven Italian GTM model into a repeatable, data-driven framework for rapid international expansion.
- • You will join a world-class team at Lexroom, a trusted legal AI platform adopted by thousands of legal professionals across Europe, backed by top-tier investors and dedicated to making the law faster, clearer, and more reliable through rigor, clarity, and impact.
- • In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of legal AI in Europe by launching new countries every quarter, defining commercial KPIs for international growth, closing strategic partnerships with law firms and distributors, and reporting with full accountability to the CRO — all while growing your leadership in a high-impact, purpose-driven environment.
