📋 Description
- • International Sales Manager Nordics will engage with customers in the Nordics about the added value our solutions bring to the textile services industry – not just about features.
- • As an International Sales Manager Nordics (m/f/d), you will play a key role in driving our company forward by acquiring and supporting customers in the laundry and textile services sector.
- • Customer acquisition and business development: Identify and acquire new customers with a focus on the Nordics region, as well as develop a go-to-market strategy for Sweden and the Nordics together with the Head of Sales.
- • End-to-end sales management: Guide customers throughout the entire sales lifecycle – from initial outreach and proposal creation to closing – ensuring a positive customer experience.
- • Proposal and contract negotiations: Take ownership of negotiations, balancing customer needs with company objectives.
- • Account Management & Growth: Maintain and strengthen long-term customer relationships in the Nordics, identifying opportunities for up- and cross-selling to drive value for both customers and the company.
- • Customer Feedback Loop: Collect, analyze, and forward customer feedback to internal teams (Product Development, Support) to drive continuous improvement.
- • Market and competitor analysis: Monitor and analyze market and competitive landscapes to strategically leverage sales opportunities.
- • Industry networking: Attend trade fairs and actively build a strong network with key players and customers in the laundry industry across the Nordics.
- • Reporting & Performance Tracking: Regularly prepare reports on customer relationships, revenue development, pipeline activities, and customer satisfaction to Head of Sales.
🎯 Requirements
- • Professional experience: 2-5 years of sales experience in software, SaaS, or ERP systems, or experience in the laundry and textile service industry.
- • IT knowledge and affinity: Experience with ERP systems and strong IT affinity.
- • Language skills: Fluent in Swedish and English; German or Danish is an advantage.
- • Soft skills: Strong communication skills, empathy, and an excellent sense for customer needs.
