• • As an International Tax Analyst in the Finance team at Remote, you will play a critical role in supporting global employment compliance by analyzing personal income tax and social security implications across active countries, ensuring tax-efficient salary and benefits structures for international teams.
• • Day to day, you will assist with advisory projects on personal income tax and social security, determine optimal equity options and payments, collaborate with payroll to assess fund flows for tax efficiency, evaluate local tax exposures, respond to client tax inquiries, and build documentation resources to address recurring tax-related questions.
