- • As an International Tax Analyst on Remote’s Finance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring compliant and tax-efficient global employment solutions for clients across all active countries, directly supporting Remote’s mission to simplify international hiring and payroll.
- • Day to day, you will assist with advisory projects on personal income tax and social security, assess optimal equity options and payments, collaborate with payroll to determine tax-efficient fund flows for salary packages and benefits, evaluate local tax exposures, respond to client tax inquiries, and build documentation resources to address recurring tax questions.
- • You will join a globally distributed, values-driven team at Remote, a company operating across 6 continents with a fully remote workforce, where innovation, autonomy, and asynchronous work are core to the culture and every role integrates AI and automation.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in international taxation and financial operations, develop cross-functional collaboration skills with payroll and advisory teams, and contribute to scalable tax knowledge resources that support Remote’s global compliance platform.
🎯 Requirements
- • Collections professional with solid experience and proven performance, mainly in a consultancy environment
- • Prior experience with international taxation and financial operations
- • Experience with a global law firm, Fintech, or startup company
- • Negotiation and influencing skills
- • Data driven communicator
- • Professional experience working with large data sets
- • Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment
- • Writes and speaks fluent English
