- • As an International Tax Analyst on Remote’s Finance team, you will play a critical role in enabling compliant global employment by advising on personal income tax and social security matters across all active countries, directly supporting Remote’s mission to simplify international hiring and payroll.
- • Day to day, you will assist with advisory projects on tax and social security, determine optimal equity and payment structures, collaborate with payroll to ensure tax-efficient salary packages, assess local tax exposures, respond to client tax inquiries, and build documentation resources to address recurring customer questions.
- • Remote is a fully remote, globally distributed company operating across 6 continents, dedicated to solving global employment challenges through innovation, automation, and AI, with a culture rooted in asynchronous work, employee ownership, and belonging.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in international taxation, gain exposure to global payroll and equity structures, develop cross-functional collaboration skills, and contribute to scalable tax knowledge resources that support Remote’s growth and compliance excellence.
🎯 Requirements
- • Collections professional with solid experience and proven performance, mainly in a consultancy environment
- • Prior experience with international taxation and financial operations
- • Experience with a global law firm, Fintech, or startup company
- • Negotiation and influencing skills
- • Data driven communicator
- • Professional experience working with large data sets
- • Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment
- • Writes and speaks fluent English
