  • • As an Interoperability/Measurable L1 Analyst, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers across hosted medical record processing applications, providing first-level technical and application support in a fast-paced 24/7 environment.
  • • You will be part of a World-Class Team focused on delivering exceptional customer service through troubleshooting, monitoring, documentation, and ensuring seamless issue resolution for healthcare interoperability solutions.
  • • In this role, you will gain hands-on experience with healthcare IT systems, develop strong technical troubleshooting skills, and build expertise in healthcare data interoperability while contributing to measurable improvements in patient care delivery.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Strong customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • • Basic knowledge of network troubleshooting, including IP addresses, connectivity errors, and command-line tools.
  • • Familiarity with ticketing systems and structured documentation practices.
  • • Comfort working in a fast-paced, 24/7 support environment.
  • • Ability to manage and resolve common access issues such as usernames, passwords, and permissions in accordance with security and compliance requirements.
  • • Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation for after-hour escalations, typically once a month.
