Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • Own the end-to-end delivery of Intuit Enterprise Suite and QuickBooks Online implementations for mid-market and enterprise clients across 15 major U.S. markets, guiding them from initial discovery through post-go-live optimization.
- • Lead cross-functional project teams—combining Aprio consultants, client finance leaders, and Intuit product specialists—to design future-state accounting, inventory, and payroll workflows that eliminate manual bottlenecks, strengthen internal controls, and ensure GAAP compliance.
- • Translate complex business requirements into detailed project charters, solution blueprints, and phased rollout plans; maintain living documentation in Smartsheet or MS Project to keep scope, budget, and timeline transparent for every stakeholder.
- • Drive data migration strategies that map legacy chart-of-accounts, historical transactions, and third-party integrations (Fathom, BILL, Avalara, etc.) into Intuit’s cloud ecosystem with zero tolerance for data loss or integrity issues.
- • Facilitate executive steering-committee meetings, sprint reviews, and user-acceptance testing sessions; present risk registers, mitigation options, and ROI dashboards that quantify efficiency gains, cost savings, and compliance improvements.
- • Champion change-management best practices—craft role-based training curricula, quick-reference guides, and super-user networks—to accelerate user adoption and minimize resistance during the critical first 90 days post-launch.
- • Monitor KPIs such as close-cycle time, inventory accuracy, and payroll error rates post-deployment; partner with clients to configure advanced reporting, automated alerts, and continuous-improvement sprints that sustain momentum long after go-live.
- • Serve as the primary escalation point for high-severity issues, coordinating with Intuit support, internal cybersecurity, and client IT to resolve incidents within SLA while preserving audit trails and data-security standards.
- • Mentor junior consultants on Aprio’s implementation methodology, Intuit product roadmaps, and advisory soft-skills, building a pipeline of future leaders who can replicate your delivery excellence.
- • Contribute to Aprio’s thought-leadership engine by publishing best-practice articles, hosting webinars, and speaking at industry conferences, positioning the firm—and yourself—as the go-to authority for Intuit transformations.
- • Collaborate with Aprio’s sales and account-management teams during pre-sale cycles to scope engagements, craft compelling proposals, and articulate value propositions that win new logos and expand existing relationships.
- • Ensure every engagement adheres to Aprio’s risk-management framework, SOC 2 controls, and evolving regulatory landscapes (SOX, ASC 606, state nexus rules) so clients can confidently scale without compliance surprises.
- • Leverage hybrid flexibility to work from any of Aprio’s 30 U.S. offices or remotely, while maintaining a client-first mindset that balances travel for critical workshops with productive virtual collaboration.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
- • 2+ years of project-management experience delivering software or ERP implementations
- • Direct, hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop, or Intuit Enterprise Suite
- • Deep understanding of accounting, inventory management, and payroll processes
- • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, multi-client environment
🏖️ Benefits
- • Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance starting on day one of employment
- • 401(k) with profit sharing and discretionary performance-based bonuses
