• • The Inventory Clerk at Hims & Hers Health, Inc. plays a critical role in ensuring the accurate receipt, documentation, and management of indirect goods, supporting seamless operations across the organization by maintaining inventory integrity and supply chain efficiency.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include receiving and inspecting inbound shipments (from small parcels to full truckloads), verifying deliveries against purchase orders and shipping documents, delivering items to correct departments, maintaining organized receiving areas, recording inventory in ERP systems, conducting cycle counts, tracking stock usage, and collaborating with procurement and operations teams to improve workflows.
