We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Invoice Finance Business Development Manager to join our thriving team in London/South East, playing a pivotal role in originating new business and expanding our reach within the SME market.
  • • In this critical role, you will be the driving force behind generating new Invoice Finance business across all acquisition channels. This involves cultivating and nurturing strong relationships with existing introducers while proactively building new partnerships. You will collaborate closely with the broader Distribution team to identify and pursue multi-product opportunities, and independently source new business leads directly. Your expertise will guide prospects through the entire sales cycle, from initial contact and qualification to successful onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
  • • A deep understanding of the Invoice Finance market is paramount. You will be expected to possess significant domain knowledge, enabling you to effectively assess client needs, structure appropriate financial solutions, and articulate the value proposition of Allica Bank's offerings. This role demands a proactive, results-oriented individual with a passion for supporting SME growth and a proven ability to build and maintain high-value, trust-based relationships.
  • • Your principal accountabilities will include building and managing a robust portfolio of Invoice Finance Introducers, consistently driving income to meet ambitious monthly, quarterly, and annual targets. You will be the primary point of contact for introducers, potential customers, and professional counterparties, ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service at all times. This commitment to service excellence is fundamental to our brand and our success.
  • • You will play an integral part in shaping and executing the commercial business plan, aligning your efforts with the bank's strategic objectives. Supporting customers through the entire journey, from lead qualification to onboarding, will require close collaboration with our credit and operations teams. By deeply understanding customer needs and business aspirations, you will identify opportunities to leverage Kriya and Allica Bank services to foster their growth and success.
  • • Delivering on the Kriya Invoice Finance business plan is a core responsibility, alongside actively managing your personal objectives and development plan to ensure continuous professional growth. You will represent Kriya and Allica Bank with pride, embodying our values and delivering outstanding service to SME customers, prospects, and partners. Your positive contribution to company culture and adherence to organizational values will be highly valued.
  • • Close collaboration with the wider sales team, credit team, and payment operations is essential to guarantee a seamless and professional service delivery.
