- • In this pivotal role, you will be entrusted with the stewardship of an existing portfolio of Invoice Finance SME customers. Your primary objective will be to cultivate and deepen these relationships, ensuring our clients receive unparalleled service and support. This involves proactively identifying opportunities to enhance their financial standing through Allica Bank's comprehensive suite of services, including managing upsizing requests and facilitating timely renewals of existing facilities. Your success will be measured by your ability to not only retain but also grow our customer base, solidifying Allica's position as a trusted financial partner.
- • Beyond managing existing relationships, you will be a key player in originating new business. This entails guiding prospective clients through the entire journey, from initial enquiry and application to seamless onboarding. You will leverage your deep understanding of SME lending and your commercial acumen to assess client needs, structure bespoke financial solutions, and present compelling proposals. The ability to effectively manage SME credit risk is paramount, ensuring that Allica Bank's lending practices are both robust and sustainable.
- • A core aspect of your role will involve understanding the intricate needs and ambitious business aspirations of your SME clients. You will act as a trusted advisor, offering insights and solutions that align with their growth strategies. This requires a proactive approach to monitoring their financial health, ensuring compliance with covenants, and overseeing the portfolio to achieve target credit performance. Your expertise in Invoice Finance will be crucial in identifying opportunities for facility increases and ensuring that clients benefit from the full spectrum of Kriya and Allica Bank's offerings.
- • You will be instrumental in driving the Kriya Invoice Finance business plan forward. This involves setting and achieving ambitious objectives, actively managing your personal development plan, and consistently striving for excellence. 🎯 Requirements
- • A strong understanding of SME lending, with a demonstrable background specifically in Invoice Finance.
- • Proven track record as a highly capable Relationship Manager and Business Developer, with experience in building high-value, trust-based, and long-lasting client relationships.
- • Ability to analyse and review financial accounts and associated information, coupled with strong commercial judgment to identify cross-sell opportunities.
- • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to expertly structure new lending proposals and write credit applications.
