We deliver innovative solutions that transform patient engagement across every touchpoint of their journey, utilizing both voice and text-based virtual assistants. Our technology is trusted by over 1,000 provider organizations, including specialty groups, Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs), large Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs), and federal agencies. Annually, we engage with 100 million patients, facilitating over 2 billion communications in 109 languages. Artera's virtual agents are designed to empower front desk staff, enhancing patient access through capabilities like self-scheduling, streamlined intake processes, digital form completion, and simplified billing.
  • • As an IT Analyst at Artera, you will play a crucial role in supporting our company-wide endpoints and managing user access. Reporting directly to the Manager of Information Technology, you will be instrumental in maintaining the integrity and efficiency of our IT infrastructure. From day one, you will immerse yourself in our existing policies and procedures, gaining a deep understanding of our operational framework. This role is ideal for an individual who is passionate about continuous learning, eager to acquire new skills, and driven to improve existing processes. Your strong organizational abilities, independent work ethic, and capacity to collaborate effectively across departments will be key to your success.
  • • You will be expected to pivot quickly and manage significant initiatives, including complex domestic and international compliance efforts. The ability to develop, implement, and execute robust processes within a dynamic, fast-paced environment is essential. This position offers an exciting opportunity for those looking to be at the cutting edge of healthcare technology and contribute to a company that is shaping the future of patient interaction. The role specifically supports IT systems and user access within a regulated federal environment, requiring adherence to strict security protocols and compliance standards.
  • • Key responsibilities will include managing and maintaining all company endpoints, ensuring they are secure, up-to-date, and functioning optimally. You will be responsible for user access management, including provisioning, de-provisioning, and auditing user accounts to ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements. This involves working closely with various teams to understand their access needs and implement appropriate controls.
  • • A significant aspect of this role involves participating in and supporting compliance activities. This includes adhering to internal policies related to access control, asset management, and operational continuity. You will also be expected to participate in mandatory compliance training and contribute to audits and assessments to ensure Artera meets all relevant regulatory standards, particularly within the federal sector.
  • • Furthermore, you will be involved in the development and refinement of IT policies and procedures. This includes documenting existing processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing new workflows to enhance efficiency and security. Your contributions will directly impact the smooth operation of Artera's IT infrastructure and support our mission of providing exceptional service to healthcare providers and patients.
  • • The IT Analyst will also be responsible for troubleshooting IT issues reported by end-users, providing timely and effective solutions. This requires a strong understanding of common IT hardware and software, as well as excellent problem-solving skills. You will be a point of contact for technical support, ensuring minimal disruption to employee productivity.
  • • Asset management is another critical area, involving tracking, managing, and maintaining an inventory of all IT hardware and software assets. This ensures accountability, facilitates efficient resource allocation, and supports compliance efforts.
  • • Collaboration with external vendors and service providers may also be required to manage IT services and procure necessary equipment or software. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders will be vital.
  • • This role demands a proactive approach to identifying potential IT risks and implementing preventative measures. You will contribute to the overall security posture of Artera by staying informed about emerging threats and best practices in IT security.
  • • Finally, as Artera continues to grow and innovate, the IT Analyst will be instrumental in supporting the implementation of new technologies and systems, ensuring seamless integration and user adoption. Your adaptability and willingness to embrace change will be highly valued in this dynamic environment.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven experience in IT support, endpoint management, and user access administration.
  • • Strong understanding of IT security principles, access control, and asset management best practices.
