- • The IT Compliance Analyst role at Owlet Baby Care, Inc. is critical to maintaining the company’s IT governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) program, ensuring audit readiness and regulatory adherence across key systems.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include executing and documenting SOX IT General Controls (ITGC) testing, collecting and organizing audit evidence, tracking control deficiencies, maintaining the IT policy library, managing the compliance risk register, and supporting audit coordination for internal, external, and SOC engagements.
- • You will work within Owlet’s IT team under the guidance of the IT Director, collaborating closely with Internal Audit, Finance, and Legal to build institutional knowledge and grow into broader program ownership over time.
- • This role offers hands-on SOX ITGC experience at a public company, allowing you to develop deep expertise in IT controls, audit processes, and compliance risk management while contributing to process improvements and preparing for future leadership in GRC program ownership.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2-4 years of experience in IT compliance, IT audit, internal audit, or a GRC-adjacent role
- • Foundational understanding of SOX ITGC concepts: access management, change management, computer operations, and logical security
- • Experience executing or supporting ITGC control testing and evidence collection
- • Strong written communication skills for producing clear, audit-ready documentation
- • Detail-oriented and dependable work ethic with ability to track work, meet deadlines, and proactively flag issues
