  • • Manage and support Apple endpoint devices across multiple countries using Kandji and Apple Business Manager, ensuring secure and compliant device enrollment, configuration, and lifecycle management
  • • Own end-to-end employee onboarding and offboarding workflows, including device provisioning, SaaS access grants, account creation, and deprovisioning through Google Workspace and SSO systems
  • • Serve as primary point of contact for IT helpdesk support during on-call rotations, resolving 80–90% of tier-1 issues independently without engineering escalation
  • • Troubleshoot macOS issues at scale, including system updates, network connectivity, permissions, FileVault encryption, and application compatibility across diverse user environments
  • • Contribute to automation and self-service projects aimed at reducing operational toil, such as building scripts, improving MDM policies, or creating internal knowledge base articles
  • • Document all processes, configurations, and resolutions in structured, accessible formats to ensure knowledge retention and team scalability beyond individual expertise
  • • Maintain and improve device compliance standards across all regions, focusing on endpoint detection and response (EDR), data encryption, and security baseline enforcement
  • • Collaborate with IT teammates and cross-functional teams to design and ship low-to-medium complexity IT projects, including improvements to identity management, SaaS licensing, and user experience workflows
  • • Proactively identify process inefficiencies, friction points, or risks in endpoint management and propose data-informed improvements to enhance reliability and user satisfaction
  • • Participate in continuous learning and knowledge sharing initiatives, mentoring newer team members and contributing to internal training materials as expertise grows
  • • Maintain awareness of evolving security compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2) and align device and access policies with Alan’s global regulatory requirements
  • • Support international scaling efforts by adapting workflows to local legal, technical, and cultural contexts across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada
  • • Work 3+ days per week from the Valmy office in Paris with flexibility for remote work, while remaining fully integrated into the IT Community and on-call rotation
  • • Regularly review and refine SaaS tool usage, license allocation, and vendor management practices to optimize cost efficiency and user access control
  • • Balance reactive support demands with proactive system improvements, prioritizing tasks that deliver measurable reductions in time-to-resolution and IT toil
  • • Communicate clearly and empathetically with employees of all roles during technical incidents, providing timely updates and transparent resolution timelines

🎯 Requirements

  • • 1–3 years of IT operations experience or strong internship/student association background in a tech environment
  • • Demonstrated fluency in macOS troubleshooting and familiarity with Apple ecosystem tools (Apple Business Manager, DEP)
  • • Experience with MDM solutions (Kandji, Jamf, or Intune) and SaaS administration (Google Workspace, SSO)
  • • Proven operational reflexes: ability to triage issues, communicate with end-users during incidents, and escalate appropriately
  • • Strong documentation mindset with ability to produce clear, structured, and maintainable technical documentation
  • • Behavioral traits: attention to detail, proactive problem identification, receptiveness to feedback, collaborative attitude, and high learning velocity
