• • Your primary responsibility will be to develop, implement, and maintain robust IT asset management policies, processes, and procedures. This includes establishing clear guidelines for procurement, deployment, utilization, maintenance, and retirement of all IT assets. You will be the central point of contact for all matters related to IT asset tracking and management, working collaboratively with various departments including IT Operations, Procurement, Finance, and Legal to ensure seamless integration and adherence to standards.
• • A key aspect of this role involves maintaining an accurate and up-to-date inventory of all IT hardware and software assets. This requires leveraging and optimizing our asset management tools and systems to track asset details, configurations, licensing, warranty information, and financial data. You will conduct regular audits and reconciliations to ensure data integrity and identify discrepancies, proactively addressing any issues that arise.
• • You will play a crucial role in software license management, ensuring that TrueZero Technologies remains compliant with all software licensing agreements. This involves tracking license entitlements, usage, and renewals, as well as identifying opportunities for cost savings through license optimization and consolidation. Your expertise will help prevent costly audits and ensure we are leveraging our software investments effectively.
• • Furthermore, you will oversee the lifecycle management of hardware assets, including tracking deployment, movement, and eventual retirement. This includes managing the secure disposal of assets in accordance with company policies and environmental regulations, ensuring data security and responsible e-waste management.
• • You will be responsible for developing and generating comprehensive reports on IT asset inventory, utilization, costs, and compliance. These reports will provide valuable insights to senior management, enabling informed decision-making regarding IT investments, budgeting, and strategic planning. You will also contribute to the development of IT asset management best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
