- • As an IT Financial Analyst III at CareSource Management Group Company, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial future of our IT operations. This remote position is designed for a seasoned professional who can lead the development of expense projections, crucial for supporting accurate forecasting and budgeting processes. You will be instrumental in monitoring monthly variances, identifying key trends, and providing actionable insights that directly impact our financial needs and strategic IT investments.
- • Your primary responsibility will involve the meticulous preparation of monthly IT department analysis and reports. This includes maintaining stringent expenditure controls and proactively identifying trends that could affect future financial requirements. You will be tasked with developing integrated financial analysis and reports, ensuring they are delivered to management in a timely and accurate manner, enabling informed decision-making.
- • A significant aspect of this role will be your participation in the development and refinement of financial processes and reporting mechanisms. This is particularly critical for effectively managing and optimizing the organization's usage of cloud resources. You will analyze monthly department reports, focusing on cloud expenditure controls, and proactively identify trends that influence future financial needs, making appropriate recommendations for optimization and cost savings.
- • You will be deeply involved in cost and usage analysis, trending, and forecasting for cloud environments. This includes contributing to buying strategies and promoting best practices for cloud adoption, ensuring that our cloud infrastructure is both efficient and cost-effective.
- • A key deliverable will be identifying financial trends within IT operations and presenting these findings clearly and concisely to senior management. You will also be responsible for making appropriate improvements to internal analysis processes, ensuring that our financial practices align with the overarching goals and strategic objectives of the organization.
- • This role requires active support for the quarterly review, forecast process, and the annual budget process, demanding a comprehensive understanding of financial planning cycles.
- • You will be expected to set clear objectives for your own role, understanding how your output influences and impacts other job areas within the IT and finance departments. Furthermore, you will contribute and provide input to the development of operational area goals, ensuring alignment within your specific job area and its broader context.
