- • Support the IT function for the business and wider operations by managing IT services, security, systems architecture, and end-user support while preparing for a growing workforce.
- • Perform IT system administration including managing Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, collaboration tools, software licensing, and cloud/SaaS platforms; provide Level 1 & 2 technical support; maintain incident management and SLA adherence; support cybersecurity protocols, identity and access management, endpoint security, and vendor relationships; oversee onboarding/offboarding processes including equipment setup, returns, training, and automation; act as IT liaison across HR, operations, governance, and development teams; deliver IT training on tools, security, and process changes.
- • Work within a fast-growing digital health company specializing in cannabis-based medicines, focused on improving patient access through innovative technology and high-quality clinical care.
- • Develop expertise in scaling IT infrastructure, cloud services, enterprise systems, and cybersecurity compliance; gain experience in vendor management, cross-functional collaboration, and IT service management frameworks; grow skills in automation, user support, and strategic IT planning while contributing to meaningful healthcare innovation.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in an IT support, engineering, or analyst role, ideally in a fast-growing business scaling from 100 to 500+ employees
- • Experience with scaling IT infrastructure, cloud services, and enterprise IT systems
- • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with ability to anticipate challenges
- • Excellent communication skills and a user-first mindset
- • Hands-on experience with ITIL frameworks, service management tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow), and cybersecurity best practices
- • Relevant IT certifications (e.g., ITIL, CompTIA, Google, Microsoft, Cisco) are advantageous
