- • The IT Operations Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring the financial integrity and operational efficiency of Integer Holdings Corporation’s IT function by managing contracts, tracking spend, supporting procurement, and enabling data-driven decision-making across IT leadership.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining centralized IT contract tracking, monitoring renewals and milestones, supporting procurement and invoicing processes, reconciling actual vs. forecasted IT spend, assisting in annual budgeting, preparing financial reports and dashboards, and supporting audit and compliance readiness.
- • The role sits within Integer’s IT finance operations team, collaborating closely with IT Directors, Procurement, Legal, and Finance to ensure governance, accuracy, and alignment between technical operations and financial stewardship.
- • This position offers the opportunity to develop deep expertise in IT financial management, contract lifecycle governance, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement, while building advanced analytical and reporting skills in a regulated, values-driven corporate environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, or Information Systems, or equivalent experience
- • 2 years of experience supporting IT financial operations, contract administration, procurement support, or budgeting activities
- • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- • Strong financial, analytical, and reconciliation skills
- • Effective communicator able to partner with both technical and finance stakeholders
- • Experience supporting IT contracts, vendor management, or operational IT spend (preferred)
