- • As an IT Operations & Project Specialist at Voodoo SAS, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless technology operations that support the daily productivity and experience of 800+ employees across a fast-growing, globally recognized mobile gaming and app company. Your work directly contributes to maintaining the reliability, security, and efficiency of Voodoo’s IT infrastructure, enabling teams to focus on creating innovative digital experiences for hundreds of millions of users worldwide.
- • You will serve as a frontline technical expert responsible for delivering high-quality IT support, managing core systems, and driving continuous improvements in IT services—balancing reactive troubleshooting with proactive maintenance and project-based enhancements to keep pace with the company’s scale and innovation.
- • Day to day, you will prepare and configure devices for new joiners, including Mac and Windows systems, ensuring they are fully set up with required software, access, and security policies before their first day.
- • You will troubleshoot and resolve Level 1 and Level 2 IT issues related to hardware, software, operating systems, and peripherals, providing timely and courteous support via ticketing systems, Slack, or in-person assistance to minimize disruption to employee workflows.
- • You will maintain and monitor core IT infrastructure, including Google Workspace, Slack, MDM platforms (Jamf and Intune), SSO via Okta, and networking equipment such as Cisco Meraki firewalls and Wi-Fi systems, ensuring optimal performance and security compliance.
- • You will manage hardware and software inventory lifecycle—tracking assets from procurement to deployment, maintenance, and retirement—using asset management tools to maintain accurate records and support compliance and budgeting efforts.
- • You will ensure meeting rooms and video conferencing systems (Polycom/Logitech) are fully functional, performing regular checks, updates, and troubleshooting to support seamless collaboration across hybrid and remote teams.
- • You will document and update IT procedures, knowledge base articles, and runbooks to improve consistency, enable self-service, and support knowledge sharing across the IT team and broader organization.
- • You will actively contribute to IT projects and process improvements, such as automating repetitive tasks, evaluating new SaaS tools, enhancing security posture, or supporting office moves and technology refreshes, working closely with IT and corporate teams to drive innovation.
- • You will join a dynamic Corporate function at Voodoo that prioritizes people, efficiency, and innovation, working alongside HR, Talent Acquisition, Legal, M&A, and Finance teams to strengthen organizational foundations and support the company’s mission to entertain the world through technology.
- • You will work in a fast-paced, tech-savvy environment where initiative and continuous learning are valued, gaining hands-on experience with modern enterprise IT stacks—including cloud-based SaaS, MDM, zero-trust security models, and AI-adjacent tools—while developing expertise in IT service management, automation, and enterprise-scale support in a global tech leader.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in IT operations, desktop support, or a similar role in a fast-growing or technology-driven environment
- • Strong proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, and modern endpoint management tools such as Jamf (macOS/iOS) and Intune (Windows/Android)
- • Excellent communication skills in both English and French, with a customer-service mindset and ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users
- • Familiarity with SSO/IAM platforms (e.g., Okta), networking gear (e.g., Cisco Meraki), and video conferencing systems
- • Ability to identify recurring issues and propose or implement automation or process improvements to increase efficiency
- • Experience with AI tools or technologies is considered a plus
