- • As the first APAC-based IT Operations Specialist at X-Bow Systems Inc., you will play a foundational role in supporting the internal technology infrastructure of a fast-growing, AI-driven offensive security company, ensuring seamless operations for a globally distributed team of engineers, researchers, and builders.
- • You will help maintain secure, efficient, and compliant IT environments across Mac-first devices, SaaS platforms, and identity systems, directly enabling the company’s mission to stay ahead in the AI-powered cybersecurity arms race.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing end-user device lifecycle through MDM tools (e.g., Mosyle, Jamf), provisioning and deprovisioning user accounts, managing access permissions, and supporting onboarding/offboarding processes for new and departing team members.
- • You will assist in maintaining and troubleshooting core SaaS applications including Google Workspace, Slack, GitHub, and 1Password, ensuring high availability and proper configuration for global collaboration.
- • You will write basic automation scripts in Python or Bash to streamline repetitive IT tasks such as software deployment, inventory updates, or compliance reporting, contributing to operational efficiency.
- • You will help enforce technical security policies by monitoring patch levels, ensuring disk encryption and MFA compliance, and supporting audit readiness for frameworks like SOC 2 and ISO 27001.
- • You will maintain accurate asset inventory and documentation, respond to internal IT support tickets, and escalate complex issues to senior IT or Security Engineers when needed.
- • You will work closely with IT and Security Engineers across the UK, EU, and USA, acting as the first dedicated APAC hire in a growing global team, gaining exposure to cross-timezone collaboration and enterprise-grade security practices.

🎯 Requirements
- • 1–3 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or desktop support roles
- • Comfortable working in a Mac-first, remote-first environment with strong self-management skills
- • Basic familiarity with MDM tools such as Mosyle, Jamf, or similar platforms
- • Some exposure to identity and access management systems like Okta or Google Workspace
- • Eager to learn scripting and automation (Python/Bash), even if skills are still developing
- • Security-conscious mindset with attention to detail and policy adherence
