IT Program Manager

📋 Description

• • The IT Program Manager for Veeva CRM at Abbott Laboratories will lead the planning, execution, implementation, and delivery of key business solutions using Veeva Vault CRM and related technologies for Abbott’s Diabetes Care business in the region.
• • Day to day, the role involves establishing project objectives and business cases in collaboration with Strategic Business and IT Leadership, planning and managing scope, schedule, resources, and budget for large-scale global projects, coordinating interrelated IT project activities, managing all aspects of program and project lifecycle, evaluating and managing scope changes, issues, and risks, measuring project performance against original plans, leading project teams in developing and delivering program plans, communicating progress via status reports, facilitating collaboration between technical and functional teams, leading workshops to gather requirements and create process flow diagrams, participating in pre-program activities and client demonstrations, and traveling approximately 10% of the time for project needs including some international travel.
