We are dedicated to crafting innovative technical and staffing solutions that not only empower businesses but also actively foster their growth and success. Our operational ethos is firmly rooted in a steadfast commitment to our Core Values, and we pride ourselves on assembling a team of exceptionally talented individuals who are passionate about bridging the critical gap between cutting-edge IT solutions and the diverse needs of businesses navigating the ever-evolving complexities of the digital landscape.
- • At the very heart of our organizational mission lies an unwavering dedication to exceeding expectations at every turn. We strive to cultivate not just satisfied clients, but truly RAVING FANS, a sentiment that extends equally to our valued internal team members and our esteemed clientele. This pursuit of excellence permeates every aspect of our work.
- • We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced mid-level IT Project Manager to join our forward-thinking team. This pivotal role will be instrumental in overseeing and coordinating the successful delivery of a diverse portfolio comprising 6–8 concurrent technology initiatives. These initiatives span a broad and exciting spectrum, including crucial areas such as AI enablement, intelligent automation, advanced data analytics, comprehensive application modernization efforts, and strategic cloud infrastructure enhancements.
- • The primary responsibility of this Project Manager will be to maintain a clear, consolidated, and up-to-date view of all ongoing initiatives. This includes meticulously tracking their status, key milestones, assigned owners, critical dependencies, and potential risks. A significant aspect of the role involves ensuring that both internal project teams and external vendor partners are held rigorously accountable for meeting agreed-upon timelines and upholding the highest quality standards for their deliverables. Furthermore, the Project Manager will be tasked with proactively identifying potential risks and dependencies that could impact the portfolio's overall success, and developing strategies to mitigate them.
- • A key function of this position is to establish and maintain consistent, transparent reporting cadences. This involves providing clear, concise, and executive-level updates that effectively communicate progress, challenges, and strategic direction. The Project Manager will ensure seamless alignment between our technical delivery teams, crucial business stakeholders, and senior leadership, fostering a collaborative and informed environment.
- • The ideal candidate for this role is someone who possesses exceptional organizational skills, a relentless focus on delivery and outcomes, and the demonstrated ability to comfortably manage multiple complex workstreams simultaneously. You will be a driving force in achieving project objectives, enhancing visibility across the portfolio, and instilling structure and predictability within our fast-paced operational environment.
- • **Portfolio Coordination & Delivery Management:**
- • Meticulously maintain a consolidated, real-time view of all active initiatives, encompassing their current status, critical milestones, designated owners, inter-project dependencies, and identified risks.
- • Proactively hold internal project teams and external vendor partners accountable for their committed deliverables and adherence to established timelines.
- • Diligently identify and effectively manage cross-initiative dependencies and potential resource conflicts to prevent bottlenecks.
- • Rigorously verify that all deliverables meet defined acceptance criteria, ensuring they are not just completed, but completed to the highest standard of quality – truly "done right."
- • **Communication & Stakeholder Management:**
- • Establish and consistently maintain a regular reporting cadence, including weekly detailed team updates and bi-weekly executive summary reports.
- • Prepare clear, concise, and impactful portfolio status updates tailored for the Director of Architecture and the Chief Information Officer (CIO).
- • Proactively identify and address any communication gaps that may exist between different teams, between business units and the IT department, or between onshore and offshore project contributors.
- • Skillfully tailor communications to suit the specific audience, providing necessary technical detail for delivery teams while focusing on strategic outcomes and business impact for executive leadership.
- • **Risk, Issue & Vendor Management:**
- • Proactively identify potential delivery risks across the portfolio and escalate them early, providing well-thought-out recommended mitigation strategies.
- • Diligently track and manage the resolution of issues that arise across multiple initiatives, ensuring timely closure.
- • Coordinate closely with vendor partners to align on delivery expectations, Statement of Work (SOW) commitments, and quality standards. Note that a portion of the automation initiatives involves collaboration with an offshore vendor team.
- • Ensure that vendor deliveries are seamlessly aligned with project timelines and effectively integrated with internal workstreams.
- • **Active Initiative Portfolio Overview:**
- • The Project Manager will coordinate efforts across a diverse range of critical initiative areas, including:
- • **AI Enablement:** Spearheading enterprise-wide adoption of Microsoft Copilot (encompassing M365 Copilot, PowerBI Copilot, and Copilot Studio) and leveraging AI for the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including advanced developer tooling and Generative AI frameworks.
- • **Intelligent Automations:** Developing agentic automations using Copilot Studio and managing the migration of existing processes from legacy Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions to the Power Platform.
- • **Data & Analytics:** Overseeing the build-out of a robust data analytics platform, including modernizing data pipelines, establishing semantic models, and enabling self-service reporting capabilities.
- • **Application Modernization:** Leading containerization efforts, specifically managing the migration of workloads from EC2 instances to Amazon Elastic Container Service (ECS).
- • **Infrastructure:** Driving cloud infrastructure optimization initiatives to enhance performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency.
- • **Management Reporting:** Developing and maintaining essential executive dashboards, initiative scorecards, and periodic leadership update reports to ensure transparency and informed decision-making.
