📋 Description

• IT Support Engineer at Megaport Limited, providing second-level technical support across endpoint management, identity and access management, anti-malware services, and cloud-native productivity tools like Google Workspace, MS Entra, and Atlassian products.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing user access and permissions, supporting cloud-based collaboration platforms, and ensuring security compliance across devices and services.

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to work from the Gurugram office immediately
• Maximum notice period of 30 days
• Experience with endpoint management and identity and access management
• Familiarity with anti-malware services and cloud-native productivity tools (Google Workspace, MS Entra, Atlassian)
• Strong troubleshooting and technical support skills
• Ability to collaborate across time zones in a global team environment
