• • IT Support Technician at Dataiku SAS, providing essential technical support to employees across global offices and remote locations, ensuring smooth operation of critical systems and services.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include delivering high-quality IT support via Slack and ticketing systems, managing onboarding and offboarding processes, supporting AV and conference room setups, handling hardware lifecycle management, maintaining inventory and procurement systems, and contributing to documentation and process improvements.
