- • IT Systems and Identity Specialist role supporting internal operations and technical infrastructure for IntusCare’s healthcare technology products, ensuring seamless workforce support and system reliability.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include handling IT support tickets, managing Mac and Windows device lifecycles, administering user access in Microsoft Entra ID and SaaS platforms, troubleshooting authentication issues, configuring third-party systems, managing workflows in Jira Service Manager, contributing to IT documentation and process improvements, and identifying automation opportunities.
- • The IT team at Intus Technologies, Inc. supports a mission-driven healthcare technology company focused on improving care for Programs of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) by replacing outdated systems with purpose-built solutions for care coordination, risk adjustment, and population health.
- • This role offers the opportunity to deepen technical expertise in identity management, systems administration, and IT operations within a regulated healthcare environment, with exposure to automation, compliance (HIPAA/HITRUST), and cross-functional IT initiatives under the guidance of the IT Manager.
🎯 Requirements
- • 1–3 years of IT experience in help desk, systems administration, or equivalent hands-on technical support
- • Proficiency with Jira Service Manager or similar ticketing systems
- • Hands-on experience administering Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD)
- • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Teams, Exchange, SharePoint administration and user support)
- • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with ability to work independently and escalate appropriately
- • Clear written and verbal communication; ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
- • Willingness to learn healthcare IT compliance requirements (HIPAA, HITRUST familiarity a plus)
