  • • Build and maintain automated workflows to reduce manual IT and operational tasks across the company, improving efficiency and reducing human error
  • • Support integrations between core enterprise systems to enhance data flow, reliability, and system interoperability
  • • Operationalize AI-powered tools such as copilots and internal agents by connecting them to real business workflows and data sources
  • • Identify inefficiencies in existing processes and contribute to designing and implementing scalable automation solutions
  • • Manage and improve identity, access, and provisioning workflows through automation, ensuring secure and streamlined user onboarding and offboarding
  • • Develop and maintain documentation, playbooks, and reusable automation templates to enable cross-team adoption and consistency
  • • Ensure all automations are built with proper governance, monitoring, error handling, and alerting to maintain reliability at scale
  • • Structure and expose system data through APIs and standardized formats to make it usable for automation and AI-driven applications
  • • Collaborate closely with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical automation solutions
  • • Contribute to the evolution of enterprise AI and automation strategy by proposing and testing new tools and approaches
  • • Work across departments to understand operational pain points and deliver tailored automation solutions that improve team productivity
  • • Maintain and enhance integrations with key SaaS platforms including identity providers, collaboration tools, and device management systems
  • • Apply scripting and programming skills (e.g., Python, JavaScript) to create custom automation logic where no off-the-shelf solutions exist
  • • Participate in reviewing and refining automation workflows based on feedback, performance metrics, and changing business requirements
  • • Help establish best practices for automation security, compliance, and scalability in alignment with company-wide IT policies
  • • Support the adoption of new automation technologies and AI tools by providing training, documentation, and hands-on guidance to end users
  • • Contribute to long-term system architecture decisions that prioritize modularity, reusability, and future scalability of automation infrastructure
  • • Respond to automation failures and incidents with rapid troubleshooting and root-cause analysis to minimize business disruption
  • • Help prioritize automation initiatives based on impact, complexity, and alignment with company goals

🎯 Requirements

  • • 2–5 years of experience in IT systems, automation, or a related technical role
  • • Experience building or maintaining automations and integrations across SaaS tools
  • • Familiarity with automation platforms (e.g., Zapier, Workato, n8n) or scripting-based workflows
  • • Working knowledge of scripting or programming (e.g., Python, JavaScript)
  • • Experience supporting core systems such as identity providers, collaboration tools, or device management
  • • Understanding of APIs and basic authentication methods (OAuth, SAML)
