📋 Description

• Own the heartbeat of Enpal’s digital workplace: you will be the go-to expert for Entra, Jamf, Intune, Office 365, MS Defender, Atlassian, and other core platforms that 3,000+ colleagues rely on every day. Your daily mission is to keep these systems fast, secure, and invisible to end-users—so they can focus on making solar energy the new normal.
• Act as the escalation point for 2nd- and 3rd-level incidents. When tickets land on your desk, you will reproduce, isolate, and permanently resolve root causes—whether that means patching an Intune configuration profile, rewriting a Jamf policy, or diving deep into Defender logs to stop a zero-day in its tracks.
• Design and deliver zero-touch device lifecycles. From pre-stage imaging in Jamf to Autopilot profiles in Intune, you will automate enrollment, app deployment, patching, and retirement workflows so new hires are productive within minutes and leavers are wiped within seconds.
• Architect and harden identity & access management in Microsoft Entra. You will craft conditional-access rules, MFA policies, and dynamic groups that balance frictionless user experience with iron-clad security, while ensuring GDPR and ISO 27001 compliance.
• Run the Cisco Meraki stack like a seasoned network artisan. You will configure SSIDs, VLANs, firewall rules, and VPN tunnels across 30+ global sites, monitor traffic in real time, and proactively tune QoS so Zoom calls stay crisp even when the Berlin office hits peak load.
• Lead high-impact IT projects end-to-end. Recent examples: migrating 2 PB of SharePoint data to a new tenant, rolling out Microsoft 365 Copilot to 500 power users, and replacing legacy VPN with Zscaler ZIA—all delivered on time, under budget, and with zero P1 escalations.
• Build self-healing infrastructure through Infrastructure-as-Code. Using PowerShell, Bash, or Python, you will script everything from certificate renewals to conditional-access drift remediation, storing your playbooks in Git and triggering them via CI/CD for true hands-off operations.
• Champion security by design. You will implement endpoint hardening baselines, deploy Defender ASR rules, and conduct purple-team exercises to validate controls—turning compliance checklists into living, breathing safeguards.
• Create crystal-clear documentation and runbooks. Your Confluence pages will become the single source of truth for colleagues from Berlin to Bangkok, and your lunch-and-learn sessions will upskill the entire IT support org.
• Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of curiosity. You will pair-program automation scripts, review pull requests, and sponsor certification goals so the whole team levels up faster than the tech stack evolves.
• Measure what matters. You will define SLAs, monitor them in Jira dashboards, and present monthly metrics to leadership—translating uptime percentages and MTTR numbers into business value and customer smiles.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years administering Microsoft cloud ecosystems: Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive at enterprise scale
• Proven hands-on experience with Jamf Pro for macOS/iOS lifecycle management in a 1,000+ device environment
• Deep expertise in endpoint security: deploying and tuning Microsoft Defender for Endpoint policies, ASR rules, and threat hunting queries
• Solid networking background: configuring and troubleshooting Cisco Meraki MX, MS, and MR series, including VPN, VLANs, and SD-WAN
• Nice-to-have: scripting proficiency in PowerShell, Bash, or Python for task automation and CI/CD integration
