📋 Description

• As an IT Workplace Intern, you'll contribute directly to how Maki People SAS designs and runs its workplace, from building IT processes to supporting teams daily.
• You'll define and maintain IT workplace processes including onboarding and offboarding workflows, handle support requests across hardware, software, and network issues, set up macOS laptops, ensure IT security policy rollout (patch compliance, access management, hygiene), and build automation to improve IT efficiency and scalability.
• You'll join a small, fast-moving tech team where your contributions are visible, ownership is encouraged, and questions are genuinely welcomed in a collaborative environment.
• You'll learn how workplace IT operates in a modern scale-up, gaining hands-on experience with automation, macOS, Slack, Notion, Google Workspace, and end-to-end IT operations—from process design to resolution—preparing you for a career in IT operations or workplace technology.

🎯 Requirements

• Finishing studies in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, seeking an end-of-studies internship
• Foundational understanding of operating systems and networking
• Comfortable working in English (French is a plus)
• Familiarity with Google Workspace or similar identity management tools is a plus
