📋 Description
- • Serve as the primary expert on Epic Ambulatory clinical applications and associated ProMedica clinical and operational workflows.
- • Deliver comprehensive training to the user community on Epic applications, ensuring effective adoption and proficiency.
- • Design, build, test, and maintain the technical training environment to support Epic application learning and simulation.
- • Create, update, and maintain high-quality training materials including manuals, guides, presentations, and digital resources.
- • Coordinate and lead training sessions for super users to ensure they are equipped to support end users post-implementation.
- • Demonstrate a dynamic, engaging, and high-energy presentation style to foster an effective and motivating learning environment.
- • Apply strong troubleshooting capabilities to resolve technical and process-related issues encountered during training sessions.
- • Maintain professionalism and strong interpersonal skills when interacting with diverse clinical and administrative staff.
- • Exhibit self-motivation and the ability to manage multiple priorities with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- • Communicate clearly and effectively in both written and verbal formats to respond to inquiries and provide instruction.
- • Foster a passion for education by continuously enhancing the end-user learning experience through creativity and enthusiasm.
- • Ensure compliance with Epic certification requirements by obtaining necessary credentials within three months of completing the first designated Epic class.
- • Adhere to all legal, regulatory, and operational guidelines for remote employment within eligible U.S. states.
- • Perform duties remotely with occasional need to lift or carry medium-weight materials as required for training setup.
🎯 Requirements
- • Associate Degree or equivalent relevant experience
- • 2 years of relevant experience in training or education
- • Must obtain Epic certification within 3 months of completing the first designated Epic class
- • Strong computer skills and technical aptitude
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- • Demonstrated ability to deliver engaging, high-energy training to adult learners
